Current lead times

Please allow at least:

• 1-2 weeks for natural products + 7 days for cutting service.
• 3-4 weeks for painted products + 7 days for cutting service.
• RHS / Prestige products from 2-4 weeks.
• 2-5 working days for sample boxes.

Click & Collect is from our workshop in Clacton. Please do not attempt to collect your order until you have received a notification that your order is ready.

For deliveries, we send an email two days before despatch so you know your order is on its way.

Delivery information

This is dependent on a number of key factors, including volume ordered, stock levels and if the products are natural or painted. There is also the added consideration of the destination of the goods.

We will contact you 2 days before we despatch your goods to let you know your order is on its way. Please note that if you contact us before your estimated lead time has passed, we won’t have any additional information about the status of your delivery.

Our standard delivery costs do not include a named day or specified delivery time. We may be able to offer a dedicated delivery service and prices for this start from £200 + VAT to London and the home counties. This will not speed up the lead time but will allow you to select a day for your delivery. Please contact us if you would like to use this service.

If access to the delivery address is restricted please let us know when you order so that additional instructions can be passed on to the driver. If you are not in when the goods are delivered we will leave your order in a safe place. Please note that at this point or if you fail or refuse to accept delivery, the risk in the goods transfers from us to you.

For delivery to areas outside of our standard delivery bands we will be pleased to provide a quotation to meet your specific requirement.

Click & Collect from Clacton – Our standard lead times apply.

Please wait for your collection notification before visiting. Orders can be collected Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 16:30 (excluding bank holidays and Christmas shutdown) and must be picked up within 48 hours of notification.

Please bring your order confirmation and ID; if someone else is collecting, they must provide both. Note that Click & Collect orders are not packaged.

Returns & Refunds

In the unlikely event that you wish to return your goods below is a summary of our returns policy. You can read full terms and conditions here.

You are entitled to cancel your contract if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods or services.

Your right to return products does not apply to painted goods as they are made to your specification.

If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you are obliged to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract by a clear statement, including details of your name, geographical address, details of the order you wish to cancel and, where available, your phone number and email address.

If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days of such cancellation and we will reimburse to you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to goods less the cost of the original delivery.

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.
