FESTIVE OPENING HOURS & UPDATE
With the new ‘plan B’ COVID regulations our workshop will be remaining open, and we will continue to keep our strict COVID safety measures in place to protect our staff and customers.
That said, our team will be enjoying some well-earned time off over the festive period so our office, design studio and workshop will close at 4pm on 23rd December and re-open on 4th January.
Any enquiries or orders placed online during this period will be processed from 4th January onwards.
We will look forward to helping you with your beautiful garden projects in the New Year!

CURRENT LEAD TIMES
In addition to our festive closure time, please allow at least:
- 1-2 weeks for natural products + 7 days for cut downs.
- 4-5 weeks for painted products + 7 days for cut downs.
- 6-8 weeks minimum for RHS / Prestige products.
- 5 working days for sample boxes
For online orders, we send an email two days before despatch so you know your order is on its way.
