COVID-19 update – limited supply of materials

Limited supply of raw materials combined with an unprecedented demand for gardening products has meant that we do currently have some stock and production delays.

In the present circumstances, manufacturers of base products such as timber, stainless steel staples and timber preservative are declaring ‘force majeure’ and has resulted in further restrictions in availability of materials. That said, we do have better availability for our RHS Prestige Range and bespoke products which are made to order.

Ready-made garden joinery from the online shop

Our online shop is running with limited stock.  We are getting deliveries and allocating stock to customers on a first come first served basis, so it is best to get your order in as soon as possible.

The customer service team are on hand to help you with your enquiries and orders and can help make recommendations for alternatives if the product you are after is out of stock. We thank you in advance for your patience as things are taking longer than usual.

We are also operating our “contactless delivery” service; that is, when your delivery arrives there is no need to sign for receipt of goods which means you will be able to continue to maintain appropriate social distancing for as long as is needed.

Our bespoke service

Our bespoke service is available, working strictly within COVID-19 restrictions. The workshop is open and project managers are working on estimates and designs.

Please note that we are assessing site visits and fittings on a case by case basis to ensure that sites are safe for our staff and customers alike.
