Project planning
From first enquiry, we provide personal support to plan your project effectively. Initially every scheme is looked at by our estimation department who provide an early quick quote. After the estimate has been agreed, and if required, a Project Manager will arrange a site visit to undertake a full survey, this allows us to provide a more detailed quote and specification. An estimated delivery date is provided and you are kept informed of progress.
Project design
Every project benefits from a detailed computer aided design (CAD) drawing once a site visit has been completed. Colour and wood samples can be provided to assist with design decisions. Please request a colour sample pack. We also offer design development, value engineering and tender management.
Expert manufacture
& joinery craftsmanship
We make all our bespoke joinery at our Essex workshop with a highly-experienced team of joiners and craftsmen that make your designs reality. We work with a variety of woods including, but not limited to Iroko, European oak, Western Red Cedar, Accoya, treated Scandinavian redwood and thermally treated Radiata Pine (virtually knot free in the small sections we need for our Prestige panels).
Specialist paint facility
Our dedicated paint spray booths and drying rooms allow pre-painted joinery to be prepared in the best possible conditions, helping to ensure the most attractive and durable finish. We use a specially designed European exterior paint system to ensure a truly durable finish.
Installation & delivery
Our efficient and hardworking installation team will ensure the effective on-site build of your design. They work efficiently, with great respect for the site and back their work up with an important clean site guarantee. We will have your products ready or installed within a 3-8 week window depending on the time of year, size and complexity of your project. We will try to accommodate individual requests on delivery dates if possible.
Clean site guarantee
For projects installed by us we aim to minimise any disruption on site and are proud to stand by our clean site guarantee. We are fully covered by employer and public liability insurance together with up-to-date health and safety policies.
Technical support
Where installation is undertaken by a landscape gardener or garden builder we can provide full technical support as well as comprehensive installation guides.
