We have all the experts on hand to answer any questions. Everyone is based here at our extensive joinery workshop and project design studio in North Essex.

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and our expert team are here to help make your dream garden become a reality. They keep everything running smoothly aided by occasional visits from Tilly the cockerpoo.

Our excellent customer service and project design team do everything from producing an estimate, finalising the quote and managing your projects all the way through to dispatch and the installation of your products.
Joinery &
cutting team
For over 30 years, we’ve been crafting exquisite garden joinery to exacting standards. Combining the best of traditional and modern woodworking techniques from dovetail joints to CNC wood cutting, the workshop teams are dedicated, skilled and passionate about their work.
Installation team
Our efficient and hardworking installation team will ensure the effective on-site build of your design. They work efficiently, with great respect for the site and back their work up with an important clean site guarantee.
Painting team
The painting team work in our specialist rooms where the temperature and humidity are controlled to ensure the longevity of your painted joinery. After being sanded, the joinery is checked, primed and painted in enclosed spray booths. Spray painting creates an even finish with no drips and means that all the tricky corners can be reached.
Dispatch team
The dispatch team ensure your order gets to you on time and in good condition. We use recycled packaging and for our own deliveries, this is reused again and again.
Directors
Becky and Julian founded The Garden Trellis Co. over 30 years ago. The simple idea behind the Company was to manufacture quality trellis panels that would enhance the gardens and outdoor spaces of people who appreciate attention to detail and excellent customer service.
